Jerry Bootzin, Owner and Administrator, comes to Park Regency with over 30 years of Senior Housing experience as owner, administrator and regional director of operations for various health care communities. His philosophy has always been "lead by example" and therefore become intimate with all the details of the operation assuring high quality services for each and every resident.

The three story building has 104 apartments in four sizes from studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms with two baths. The Five Star amenities include incredible meals, housekeeping, transportation, three levels of assisted living options. Caring and responsive staff available 24 hoursa day seven days a week including Registered Nurse, Judy Bootzin, who has over thirty years nursing experience. Judy also serves as out Director of Clinical Services.
